Is Rus really Mr. Lancer?

OK, look: on the left is Mr. Lancer, a teacher from the Nickelodeon show Danny Phantom. On the right is my brother, Rus. Coincedence? I think not...
Maybe Rus can sue Nickelodeon for using his likeness ;)
